Shara Coffman grew up in Wilbur and brings a wealth of local knowledge to your real estate purchase or sale experience. Shara has been self empoyed since the early 90's and began her real estate career in 2013. She has been a managing broker since 2016 when she opened Coffman Properties. She and her husband, Rob, married in 1983 and have two grown children and two grandchildren. They feel blessed to live on Lake Roosevelt at Keller Ferry. Their favorite place is on the water.

Candace Stephenson was born in Washington and raised in Alaska. She relocated back to Washington in 1983. She and her husband, Ken, have been married 48 years and are blessed with children and grandchildren. Candace began her real estate career in 2005 in Oklahoma and she has continued her career in WA. She is excited to celebrate her 20th anniversay in real esate in 2025! She moved to Hawk Creek Ranch in 2018 from the Puget Sound Area. Candace is very passionate about life in the beautiful area we call home and all it has to offer and she wants to share that experince with others. She loves gardening, cooking and is a fused glass artist.
