Though many realtors see this as a difficult and undesirable situation we see at as an opportunity to sit in the middle of Buyers and Sellers and help them iron out an agreement that works for both parties. However, this situation does require the utmost in honesty and integrity. We cannot divulge information that would harm either party and must protect everyone involved while negotiating an agreement.
